Diamond Valley Branch Lobbies To Close November 20th, 2020; Drive Thrus To Remain Open

Diamond Valley Federal Credit Union has supported and cared for our community for 59 years, and remains committed to continued essential services during these challenging times. 
Vanderburgh, Warrick and other Tri-State counties are seeing unprecedented increases in COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations.   At this time to both protect our members, and staff, and to do our part in slowing the spread of the virus Diamond Valley Federal Credit Union will be closing our lobbies. 
This decision was made with great consideration of the impact on our membership and we continue to take steps to ensure you all continue to have access to the services you need and that they are delivered in a timely and effective manner. A list of services and delivery channels follows this message. 
We realize that with these precautions wait times may be increased and encourage the use of our on-line banking app, ATMs and call center.
With patience and by looking out for one another, we can get through this together.

DRIVE THRUS WILL REMAIN OPEN DURING NORMAL OPERATING HOURS.

Loan applications, loan closings, Account Opening or changes, and other member service functions are being made available by appointment. Call us at 812-425-5152.

Fee Free ATM’s at Diamond Valley Branch Locations and the AllianceOne ATM Network (find an ATM using the AllianceOne map(link is external) or the DVFCU App)
